The contents of this archive are divided into two categories: the first is the official gazette of the Taiwan Provincial Interim Assembly and Taiwan Provincial Assembly; the second is the meeting minutes of the Taiwan Provincial Senators’ Assembly, Taiwan Provincial Interim Assembly and Taiwan Provincial Assembly. The official gazette published (dating from 1951-20 December 1998) previous and periodic meeting minutes of the Interim Assembly, questions of the members, consultation records of the Provincial Government and other departments, resolutions passed in the main meetings; there is a total of 132 files with over198,000 pages. The meeting minutes contain the question records by members, seating arrangement of the members, meeting schedule, meeting records, complete transcriptions of main meetings, records of committee meetings and record of major events from the Taiwan Provincial Legislature to the Provincial Assembly period (1946 to 20 December 1998). There are a total of 263 volumes with over 308,000 pages.

This database provides a complete transcription record of each member during a session or committee meeting from the three phases of the Taiwan Provincial Senators’ Assembly, Taiwan Provincial Interim Assembly and Taiwan Provincial Assembly. The events of each meeting are presented through words. The artful political debates of the members can be seen from the wording and it reflects the Taiwan provincial Government's actions and the affiliated civil affairs, finance, construction, agriculture, education and transportation departments' implementation actions and errors.
